Liravo is a travel planning and social travel platform designed to help users organize trips, collaborate with travel companions, discover places, participate in group decisions, share travel experiences, and reflect on their journeys. Through the Services, users may create trips, manage itineraries, track budgets and expenses, build packing lists, share Moments and Posts, join Circles, participate in Polls, and access premium features through Liravo Pro.

This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the Services.

We collect information that you provide directly to us, information generated through your use of the Services, and certain information collected automatically from your device and interactions with the platform.

This may include budget targets, budget categories, spending records, expense notes, selected currencies, payment methods, Travel Money records, cash exchange information, exchange rates entered by you, and other information necessary to provide budgeting and expense tracking functionality.

Packing Information

If you subscribe to Liravo Pro, purchases are processed by Apple or other authorized platform providers. We may receive information necessary to verify subscription status, provide premium features, manage subscription-related support requests, and maintain your access to paid features.

We do not receive, process, or store your payment card details.

3. AI-Powered Features

Certain features within Liravo may use artificial intelligence or automated technologies to generate recommendations, summaries, insights, or suggestions. These features may include AI Itinerary generation, Budget Insights, Smart Packing suggestions, Reflection Reports, and similar features introduced in the future.

To provide these features, we may use information such as destinations, travel dates, trip preferences, budget information, itinerary details, travel history within the Services, and other information you choose to provide.

AI-generated content is intended to assist with planning and self-reflection. It may not always be accurate, complete, or current. Users should independently verify important travel, transportation, accommodation, financial, safety, booking, or destination-related information before making decisions.

4. How We Use Information

We use information collected through the Services to operate, maintain, improve, and secure Liravo.

This includes creating and managing accounts, saving and synchronizing user content, providing trip planning functionality, enabling collaboration features, supporting social interactions, delivering premium features, personalizing experiences, generating travel recommendations, improving product performance, understanding feature usage, developing new functionality, and enhancing the overall user experience.

Liravo includes social and community features that allow users to create and share content, interact with other travelers, join Circles, follow users, participate in Polls, comment on content, and engage with shared travel experiences.

Because social interactions are a core part of the platform, users should carefully consider what information they choose to publish or share publicly.

6. Trip Collaboration

Liravo allows users to collaborate on shared trips. Depending on the permissions assigned by trip owners and authorized members, trip participants may be able to view or contribute to itineraries, destinations, notes, packing lists, expenses, polls, and other trip-related content.

By joining a shared trip, you acknowledge that information associated with that trip may be visible to other authorized members of the trip.

We do not sell personal information.

We may share information with trusted service providers that help us operate the Services, including providers that support cloud hosting, authentication, analytics, customer support, security monitoring, performance monitoring, and related operational functions.
