3. Using Liravo

Liravo is designed to help users plan trips, collaborate with travel companions, share travel experiences, participate in communities, and access travel-related tools and insights.

You agree to use the Services responsibly and in accordance with these Terms.

You may not use the Services to:

• Violate any law or regulation.
• Infringe the rights of others.
• Distribute spam or unsolicited content.
• Upload malicious software or harmful code.
• Interfere with the operation of the Services.
• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive behavior.
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users.

4. User Content

The Services allow users to create, upload, publish, and share content, including but not limited to:

• Moments
• Posts
• Comments
• Polls
• Reviews
• Photos
• Videos
• Captions
• Notes
• Trip-related content

You retain ownership of the content you create and submit to the Services.

By submitting content through the Services, you grant Liravo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and process that content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and providing the Services.

You are responsible for the content you create and share.

You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit your content and that your content does not violate the rights of others.

5. Social Features and Communities

Liravo includes social and community features such as Moments, Posts, Circles, comments, likes, follows, and polls.

When using these features, you agree to interact respectfully with other users.

You may not:

• Harass, bully, or threaten others.
• Post hateful, discriminatory, or abusive content.
• Impersonate another person.
• Share misleading or fraudulent information.
• Post content that violates applicable laws.

6. Trip Collaboration

Liravo allows users to invite others to collaborate on trips.

Trip owners may grant permissions such as "Can Edit" or "View Only."

By participating in shared trips, you acknowledge that information added to a shared trip may be visible to authorized trip members.

Trip owners are responsible for managing access permissions for their trips.

7. AI-Powered Features

Certain features may use artificial intelligence or automated technologies to generate travel recommendations, itineraries, insights, summaries, packing suggestions, reflection reports, or similar content.

AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only.

While we strive to provide useful recommendations, we do not guarantee that AI- generated content is accurate, complete, reliable, or suitable for your specific circumstances.

Users are responsible for independently verifying important travel, transportation, accommodation, financial, booking, safety, and destination-related information.

8. Third-Party Services

The Services may contain links to third-party websites, booking platforms, attractions, accommodations, restaurants, transportation providers, and other external services.

Liravo does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, products, services, or practices of third-party providers.

Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.

9. Subscriptions and Premium Features

Certain features may require a paid subscription, including Liravo Pro.

Subscription pricing, billing cycles, trial offers, and available features may vary by region or platform.

Subscriptions are processed through Apple or other authorized platform providers.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled through the platform from which the subscription was purchased.

You are responsible for managing your subscription settings through the applicable platform.

Refunds are subject to the policies of the platform through which the purchase was made.

10. Intellectual Property

The Services, including their design, branding, logos, software, interfaces, graphics, and related materials, are owned by Liravo or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Services.

11. Reporting Content

Users may report content, comments, posts, Moments, or other activities that they believe violate these Terms or applicable Community Guidelines.

We may review reported content and take appropriate action, including removing content, restricting access, issuing warnings, or suspending accounts.

We are not obligated to remove content solely because it has been reported.

12. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services if we reasonably believe that:

• These Terms have been violated.
• Applicable laws have been violated.
• The safety or integrity of the Services is at risk.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity has occurred.

We may also remove content that violates these Terms, our policies, or applicable law.

13. Availability of Services

We continually improve and update the Services.

As a result, features may change, be modified, become unavailable, or be discontinued at any time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Services.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liravo disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and availability.

We do not guarantee that the Services will always be secure, error-free, or uninterrupted.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liravo and its affiliates, officers, employees, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

This includes, without limitation, loss of data, loss of profits, loss of opportunities, travel disruptions, booking issues, or reliance on recommendations generated through the Services.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Liravo, its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Services.
• Your content.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of applicable laws or the rights of others.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When material changes are made, we may provide notice through the Services or update the effective date above.

Your continued use of the Services after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Liravo is operated, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit any rights that users may have under mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in their place of residence.
